Hear Jack Kerouac read from “On the Road”
Penguin Books recently put out an iPad app version of Kerouac’s classic ON THE ROAD, complete with acres of DVD-extra-like special features. Included are a number of recordings of Kerouac himself reading from his novel, using a retro storytelling method that sucks you in and makes you reflect on the differences between his prose and how he reads his prose.
